Job summary

Nosco is seeking a Loader Operator for its Gurnee, IL facility on a 12-hour rotating shift. The role involves loading lightweight printed sheets on a high-speed folding machine, inspecting work, and operating equipment to meet production rates.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in Bindery or similar machinery operation and a high school diploma or GED. We offer employee ownership and career development opportunities, with typical pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Preferably +2 years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery.
• Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report defects, keep machinery in good working condition.
• Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including on-time delivery (OTD).
