Barrett Paving Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for the Mid-West Central region to support asphalt and paving operations.

You will operate front-end loaders and related equipment to load, move, and transfer materials and to ensure productive workflow on site. The role requires daily equipment inspections, adherence to safety policies, teamwork, and clear communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders in construction or paving environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crew members to maintain workflow and ensure efficient operations.
