Job summary

CRH in Heber City, Utah is seeking a Loader Operator to handle and move materials within the asphalt plant. The ideal candidate will operate equipment safely and efficiently, assist in coordinating materials handling, and ensure compliance with traffic and safety rules.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, alongside previous heavy equipment operation experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous heavy equipment operation experience or training is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Valid Driver’s License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade materials safely.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
