Job Responsibilities

1. Move and load vehicles using company-provided front-end loader or forklift.
2. Maintain documentation of vehicle movements around the facility.
3. Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and documentations.
4. Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
5. Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.

Additional Duties

1. Ensure equipment maintenance according to standards.
2. Operate equipment safely.
3. Assist with maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
4. Accurately record vehicle information.
5. Operate documentation devices.
6. Set up yard for auctions within timelines.
7. Provide customer service as needed.
8. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
9. Follow yard safety guidelines.
10. Load and unload vehicles as required.
11. Pass training and safety requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. At least two years of outdoor work experience.
3. One year of loader or forklift experience, certification preferred.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Positive attitude and high integrity.
6. Ability to operate heavy equipment.
7. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Occasional overtime as needed.
10. Bilingual skills are a plus.
