Job Title: Loader Operator

Koch Fertilizer Wever, LLC is seeking a Loader Operator to join our Operations team in Wever, Iowa. The role involves product loading and storage operations within the ammonia, UREA, UAN, Nitric Acid, and Utilities sectors.

The work is outdoors in various weather conditions. The shift is 12 hours (6:00-6:00) on a 4-5-5 rotation, alternating between days and nights, with occasional overtime and callouts.

The Team

You will be part of a dedicated team committed to safety, efficiency, and quality, working closely with operators, supervisors, and maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate loading equipment for trucks and rail cars.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in safety and training programs.
• Assist in troubleshooting loading issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical requirements, including walking 20,000+ steps daily, working outdoors, climbing ladders, and handling equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to operate automated systems and mobile equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment.
