Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• P pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Loads customer vehicles and ensures orders are loaded accurately while maintaining safety.
