Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader/Bagger role to support customer loading, order fulfillment, and general store assistance in Batesville, AR. You will help customers locate and load merchandise, assist with large orders, and maintain safe, clean working areas across the store and loading zones.

Responsibilities include operating store equipment, communicating product features, and following Lowe’s safety policies. Prior experience in retail and loading activities is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide smart service following Lowe's policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and respond to questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management/Asset Protection
• Operate store equipment as needed for specific roles and departments (e.g., Zebra phone, CCTV, panel saw, etc.)
• Communicate stock and product information to customers and employees, providing project guidance when needed
• Follow Lowe's safety policies and procedures including power equipment use
• Complete required power equipment and spotter training for safe loading practices
• Perform loading with proper technique based on order size and weight
• Ensure orders are loaded accurately while maintaining quality and safety
• Pro-specific responsibilities: support Pro Desk relationships and loading area in Pro canopy
• Garden Center-specific responsibilities: assist customers and associates with loading, staging, and order fulfillment
