Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in Timonium, MD seeks a Loader to assist customers and move merchandise throughout the store. You will load customer vehicles, help with large orders, and maintain a safe, organized work area in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering excellent service to both DIY customers and pros, including loading orders and supporting Pro and Garden Center operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and follow Lowe's safety policies.
• Identify and report safety hazards and security concerns to management.
