Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Loader role at our Virginia location. You will assist customers, locate and load merchandise, support checkout and fulfillment, and help manage large orders with accuracy and safety across Pro and Garden Center areas.

Responsibilities include operating store equipment, maintaining stock, and ensuring safe, efficient loading for customer vehicles while upholding Lowe’s safety policies and providing project guidance when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including data entry and information access.
• 6 months of experience using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answering questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Load customer vehicles and ensure orders are loaded safely.
