Job summary

Lowe's in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a Loader to support the Pro Desk and Garden Center. You will assist customers, locate and load merchandise, and help fulfill large contractor orders while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, basic computer/retail tech skills, and a willingness to learn Lowe's policies and procedures. Training is provided, with a focus on safe loading practices and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and associates with loading products and completing orders in the Garden Center
• Remains visible and available to support customers in the Pro loading area, including under the Pro canopy
• Responds quickly to customer loading requests and helps ensure efficient service for large or complex orders
• Builds relationships with repeat Pro customers and supports enrollment in MyLowe’s Pro Rewards and Pro Credit offerings
• Ensures Pro Standards are maintained in parking lot and under Pro canopy
