Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies, procedures and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying and loading merchandise, responding to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight and fulfillment needs.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft and security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
