Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and respond to customer questions with Lowe’s policies
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and help keep work areas clean and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, or security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed for specific roles and departments
• Communicate stock, special orders, product features, and Lowe’s program information to customers and employees
