Job summary

Responsibilities include stocking, loading, and using power equipment safely; ensuring product quality and accuracy; and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers and Pro customers alike.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting information.
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise as needed.
