Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide SMART service following Lowe's policies
• Assist customers locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Identify and report safety hazards to management
