Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a dependable Loader/Asphalt Equipment Operator for its Bound Brook, NJ Asphalt plant. This full-time, on-site position offers a salary between $22.64 - $26.52 per hour and requires weekend availability during the production season.

The chosen candidate will operate heavy equipment, conduct plant maintenance, and promote safety awareness. Requirements include experience with Loader SIZE 980 and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Loader SIZE 980.
• MSHA Training is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment—primarily loaders.
• Perform daily maintenance on the plant.
• Comply with all industry safety rules.
