Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year experience in Transportation/Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load-building by adding shipments to a load and securing carrier coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned account(s).
• Handle call center and shared email box responsibilities.
• Track shipments and provide visibility to management and customers.
• Recover customer loads and complete daily logs and trackers.
• Perform other projects as assigned by supervisor.
