Qualifications

• Active Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, financial management, census development, and staffing.
• Proven ability to build strong teams, improve performance, and hold others accountable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
