Job summary

Regency at Troy is seeking an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to support the Nursing Home Administrator in managing a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on achieving financial and clinical performance targets while upholding The Ciena Way.

The position involves leading reporting, staff recruitment and training, policy interpretation, and maintaining the highest standard of resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an AIT program is preferred.
• State Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility to sit for the test is required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator in meeting financial and programmatic goals for the facility and reviewing annual goal achievement.
• Develop and complete reports to monitor monthly performance relative to the budget.
• Recruit, hire and train staff for facility programs and services where needed.
• Interpret and ensure implementation of company policies and procedures by facility leadership.
• Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.
