This is a true leadership seat — the Nursing Home Administrator runs the building, sets the tone for the staff, and owns the resident experience day to day. Ownership is hands-on, supportive, and looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who wants to settle in and lead, not just pass through.

We're looking for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator — someone who has already run a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) building and knows what it takes: survey readiness, census, staffing, budgets, and building a culture people want to work in. Prior nursing home administration experience is required.
