The role requires strong clinical insight and the ability to steer department heads and operations toward high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The LNHA will oversee staffing, quality, and regulatory initiatives, ensuring safety and adherence to standards while driving business objectives and performance

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in Ohio
• Experience leading nursing home operations
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and operations
• Proven ability to lead department heads and accountable staff
