Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct day-to-day facility operations in Springfield, IL, ensuring compliance with Federal, State and local standards and providing high-quality resident care. The role oversees budgets, documentation, staff training, and policy implementation while fostering a warm, compliant environment.

The LNHA will lead in maintaining regulatory adherence, managing staff and resident procedures, and upholding the Care without Compromise

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LNHA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in a supervisor role in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility operations comply with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and care while upholding the Care without Compromise standard.
