Job summary

Arcadia Care in Springfield, IL is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct daily facility operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards to provide the highest quality resident care.

The LNHA will oversee budgets, documentation, staffing, and policies while fostering a warm, caring environment and adhering to the Care without Compromise standard across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, upholding the Care without Compromise standard.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree
