Job summary

Arcadia Care in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and company guidelines while maintaining high-quality resident care.

The LNHA will oversee budgets, policies, staff training, and enrollment procedures, fostering a warm, compassionate environment aligned with the Care without Compromise standard.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility.
