Job summary

Skilled Nursing Care Community of Alabama in Birmingham, AL seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility. You will set the vision for operations, drive quality care, and manage budgeting and census growth.

A proven leader with strong regulatory knowledge is required. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure survey readiness, and build lasting relationships with residents, families, staff, and physicians in the Birmingham

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Alabama LNHA license.
Proven track record leading a skilled nursing facility to clinical and operational success.
Strong command of CMS regs, Five-Star system, PBJ, and survey processes.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for all operations, departments, and staff.
Ensure outstanding resident care, satisfaction, and survey-ready excellence.
Own the budget, grow census, and deliver strong financial performance.
Recruit, develop, and retain a talented, engaged team.
Stay compliant with CMS, Alabama DPH, and regulatory standards.
Build genuine relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and the community.
