Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, financial, operational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality-improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and hold department leaders accountable.

• Monitor staffing, census, expenses, and facility performance.
• Partner with nursing, therapy, admissions, social services, dietary, and environmental services.
