Job summary

Port Arthur LNG-based Sr Shift Trainer at Sempra Infrastructure Partners, LP leads OTS and field training program development and deployment across the site, working with Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You will design curricula, assess operator performance, mentor DCS Operators, and coordinate with Training and Competency Supervisors to drive safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Petrochemical, Refining, or Oil & Gas / LNG Operations experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in OTS systems design and training in an operating LNG liquefaction facility.
• Strong working knowledge of OTS systems design and training.
• Safety-focused in hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OTS/Field training and competency programs for Port Arthur LNG.
• Administer training activities including curriculum design and assessments for OTS and field training.
• Develop lesson plans and assessment guides for OTS/Field training delivery.
• Evaluate operator performance during training and provide feedback to supervisors and management.
• Lead development of training courses to meet company requirements and standards.
• Oversee maintenance of OTS and field training contracts and materials.
