Job summary

Caturus Management Services, LLC in Houston, TX seeks a LNG Shift Supervisor to lead pre-commissioning through startup, ensuring a safe, reliable transition from construction to steady operation of the LNG plant and its utility systems.

You will oversee operations across process, utilities, storage and loading, enforce PTW/LOTO, support FATs and handovers, and mentor operators to maintain regulatory compliance and optimal plant performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years LNG or gas plant operations experience
• Advanced training in process safety or operations management preferred
• Vendor-specific LNG equipment training preferred
• Must maintain a valid TWIC card

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support to ensure licence-to-operate and regulatory compliance during startup and normal operations.
• Represent operations in FATs, design reviews, HAZOPs, LOPAs, and handovers; review operator interfaces for operability.
• Provide operational support for commissioning, startup, cooldown, warmup and steady-state LNG liquefaction operations.
• Develop and implement CoW/PTW/LOTO and safe isolation procedures ahead of startup.
• Lead transition to normal operations, directing production across process, utilities, storage and loading, and manage maintenance coordination.
