Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking an experienced O&M Training Specialist for an LNG project in Texas. You will lead OTS training for operations personnel, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with training plans. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in training for operations personnel within complex processing plants. Competitive contract with benefits provided, including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years of directly related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in training and development for operations personnel in complex processing plants.
• Proven ability to develop and present effective training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver OTS Training for operations personnel.
• Develop and implement training programs and assessments.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance.
