Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a skilled Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor the PALNG Project schedule for the Port Arthur, TX site. You will use Primavera P6, Excel, and Milestone Professional to drive a integrated schedule, with resource loading, duration estimates, and manpower requirements.

The role requires coordinating with project schedulers and construction superintendents, issuing weekly schedule analyses, and overseeing weekly work plans and subcontractor schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires general scheduling proficiency and ability to establish work flow logic for project schedules.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and milestone planning tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with schedulers and superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6, Excel, or Milestone Professional.
• Coordinate with schedulers, construction superintendents, and other teams to ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare and issue weekly schedule analyses and progress reports.
• Supervise and mentor planning staff and ensure integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.
• Support development of staffing plans and quantity/composition of manpower.
