Job summary

Bechtel is partnering with NextDecade to support the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, TX. The role focuses on preparing schedule data for proposals, developing work logic, and ensuring on-time project delivery within established budget and scope.

You will apply unit hour data, perform schedule integrations, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements, staying aligned with project milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required with 5–8 years of experience or 9–12 years in relevant work
• Experience in planning and scheduling including schedule development, control and analysis
• Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with PCWorks, Primavera and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations
• Maintains the schedule for a specific discipline or specialty
• Develops WBS, estimates activity durations, and sets logic and expenditure
• Monitors schedule, identifies critical activities, and updates reports
• Assists with schedule recovery plans and subcontractor scheduling
• Monitors and validates subcontractor schedules
