Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong scheduling and planning capabilities with ability to develop and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide comments and recommendations for planning and scheduling requirements relative to staffing and project control.
• Prepare detailed staffing plans for planning and scheduling activities.
• Review design scope criteria and quantities for completeness and reasonableness; coordinate with project for estimates if needed.
• Review or assist in reviewing proposal provisions related to schedule and material control; support bid evaluations.
• Interface with Bechtel management and client counterparts for planning and scheduling tasks.
• Plan and supervise milestones for total project or major portions of the project.
• Review project work activities to ensure support of milestones; coordinate input into studies.
• Provide supervision to planners; assist in integrating schedules into the total project plan.
• Ensure schedules support the overall project schedule; review work logics for consistency.
• Establish level of quantification for each discipline; designate reference data for quantities.
