Job summary

UGI Energy Services, LLC is seeking an LNG Technician to operate and maintain LNG equipment and systems for ongoing operations and new projects in Reading, PA. The role requires living within 30 minutes of the Temple LNG plant and entails shift work, including weekends and overtime as needed.

The position involves interfacing with customers, site representatives, inspectors, and local authorities, with travel for project execution and off-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical degree required.
• 3–5 years of LNG, industrial gases, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL-A with tank and hazmat endorsements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LNG equipment and systems.
• Interpret P&ID and PFD diagrams.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA and company policies.
• Fill out activity logs and coordinate with clients and authorities.
• Occasionally travel for projects and work extended stays at other facilities.
