Bechtel Corporation is seeking a capable leader to guide a team of craft professionals on a Lake Charles project. You will supervise craft activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure tool availability while adhering to safety and project requirements.

The role emphasizes strong planning, workflow scheduling, and a focus on Bechtel’s ES&H standards across multiple facilities, supporting timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years in lieu of the above.
• Knowledge of Bechtel's Zero Accident Philosophy.
• Familiarity with Project ES&H Handbook, Supervisors ES&H Manual, Project Safety Management Plan, and Bechtel Core Processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
• Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.
• Determines workforce requirements.
• Coordinates established area operational plans.
• Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
• Prepares Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures crafts have tools.
