Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support residents’ daily lives. You’ll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.

You’ll work with nurses and the care team to deliver dependable, resident-centered care. Requirements include current LNA certification, CPR/BLS, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Available Shift(s): 2PM - 10:30PM (full- and part-time opportunities available)
Compensation: $19 - $25, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options
Sign On Bonus: Full-time $5,000 | Part-time $2,500

About the Role
