Alpine Healthcare Center, part of 603 Healthcare, in Keene, NH, is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant for 2PM-10:30PM shifts. We offer competitive pay ($19-$25/hr) with shift differentials, sign-on bonuses, and full- or part-time options.

Qualifications

• LNA certification in good standing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patience, professionalism, and resident-centered approach are needed.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Compensation: $19 - $25, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options
Sign On Bonus: Full-time $5,000 | Part-time $2,500

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands‑on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident‑centered care.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
