Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting. As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities and support residents with dignity.

This part-time and per diem role includes weekend shifts and access to benefits such as paid training, health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement. Experience with dementia is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort with professionalism.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Schedules include rotating Weekends

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
