Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our memory care and assisted living team. You will deliver care to our residents within a warm, home-like environment.

Requirements include a valid LNA license and PCA certification; prior experience in a skilled nursing or dementia care setting is preferred but not required. The full-time shift is 7 am to 3 pm.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license required
• PCA certification provided
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
• Other duties as needed
