Achieve Beyond is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our Nassau, NY team. You will provide ABA services to children in homes, clinics, and community settings, while educating families on intervention strategies and maintaining case documentation.

The position offers a flexible schedule with an hourly wage of $52.00–$58.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. NY LMSW licensure and 1–2 years' experience with birth–5 are preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Must have a passion for working with children and families!
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York
• 1-2 years of experience working with children birth–5 is preferred but not necessary
• Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!

Mansioni

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth-3) in their most natural environment.
• Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations). Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.
