Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services on Long Island, NY is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The role supports children and families across home, community, and clinic settings with ABA and related services.

The LMSW must be licensed in New York and is expected to engage with families, follow individual therapy plans, and maintain accurate documentation while benefiting from a flexible schedule and strong clinical supervision.

Competenze

• Must be Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York.
• 1-2 years of experience working with children birth–5 is preferred.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth-3) in their most natural environment.
• Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.

Job Responsibilities for a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW):

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth-3) in their most natural environment.

Requirements for a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW):

• Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including but not limited to:
• Driving a personal vehicle, walking and/or the use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
• The ability to ascend and descend staircases.
• The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• The ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods of time.

Starting Rate: Hourly$52.00-$58.00
Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during theLicensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)Job interview process.
