Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Long Island, NY seeks a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support children birth through 5 in homes, clinics, and community settings. The role offers flexible scheduling and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold NY LCSW licensure, with 1–2 years of relevant experience; bilingual abilities are a plus. Join a compassionate organization delivering ABA, Speech, OT, Social Work, and other services

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New York.
• 1–2 years of experience with birth–5 preferred.
• Self-motivated, team player who is patient and professional.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (birth–5) in natural environments.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to involve caregivers.
• Work in homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics and community settings.
• Follow therapy plans, document progress and address goals.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and laws.
