Job summary

Zuven Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Analyst to support a large-scale LMS transformation.

You will partner with L&D, Technology, Operations, and LMS vendors to define requirements and coordinate testing. The role focuses on bridging business and technical teams, improving administrative processes, identifying automation opportunities, validating system functionality, and supporting change readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with LMS implementations or enterprise software deployments.
• Experience documenting business requirements.
• Experience developing and executing test plans (functional and UAT).
• Strong process mapping and improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and maintain requirements, user stories, process flows, and specs.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate system functionality, track defects, and support issue resolution.
• Assist with data validation, migration activities, and readiness.
• Support development of standard operating procedures for the new LMS.
