• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience developing and executing functional and user acceptance testing plans.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze current workflows and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate system functionality and track defects to support resolution.
• Assist with data validation, migration activities, and implementation readiness.
• Develop operational processes and standard work for the future LMS environment.
