Job summary

SOMERSET STAFFING is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Analyst to support a large-scale LMS transformation initiative. You will partner with L&D, Technology, Operations and LMS vendors to define requirements, design future-state processes, and coordinate testing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of BA experience and LMS deployments, with strong communication and process improvement skills to drive a successful transition to a new LMS across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years as a BA, systems analyst, or similar.
• Experience with LMS implementations or enterprise software.
• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Experience executing functional and UAT testing.
• Strong process mapping and improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze current workflows and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate system functionality, track defects, and support issue resolution.
• Assist with data validation, migration activities, and implementation readiness.
• Support development of operational processes and standard work for the future LMS environment.
