ZipStaff Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Business Analyst to lead LMS transformation initiatives for a global organization. You will gather requirements, map current and future processes, and coordinate testing across business and IT teams.

This contract (W2 through ZipStaff) role emphasizes stakeholder management, change readiness, and data validation for migration and operations in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience implementing or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience developing and executing functional and UAT plans.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify process-improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Validate system functionality, track defects, and support issue resolution.
• Assist with data validation, migration activities, and readiness.
• Support development of operational processes and standard work for the LMS environment.
• Support change readiness across the organization.
