Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a diligent LMS/Training System Administrator to manage training assignments and maintain roles and curricula within regulated environments. You will ensure compliance training is accurately tracked using TEDS, Lumen, or Cornerstone, and support learners and managers with issue resolution.

The role involves administering the LMS, performing system checks, and collaborating with local owners to align training with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ LMS administration/support in a regulated environment
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and KPI reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Document Control and QMS Databases (ARIS/Windchill) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage training assignment requests and maintain roles and curricula
• Administer LMS systems (TEDS/Lumen/Cornerstone), perform checks and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain standardized roles and curricula for compliance training
• Provide support for learners and managers on training assignments and records
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to configure training requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LMS features and best practices
