Job summary

Philips in Reedsville, PA seeks an LMS/Training System Administrator to manage training assignments, create roles and curricula, and resolve learner and manager inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance within the LMS.

You will support TEDS, Cornerstone and Lumen, perform system checks, maintain roles, and collaborate with Process Owners to align training with standards while staying current on LMS features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ LMS administration/support in a regulated environment (FDA/ISO 13485 preferred).
• Experience with ITSM, workflow automation, Excel, KPI reporting, and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of troubleshooting LMS/training issues.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Document Control and QMS Databases (ARIS/Windchill) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support training assignments within the LMS (TEDS/Lumen/Cornerstone) ensuring mandatoryTraining is accurately assigned and tracked.
• Administer, operate and maintain the LMS with regular checks, updates and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain standardized roles and curricula for compliance programs.
• Provide comprehensive support for learner and manager requests related to training assignments, access, progress and records.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Content Owners to configure and align training requirements with standards.
• Stay updated on LMS features and best practices to optimize configurations.
