Job summary

Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE, seeks an instructional designer to design, develop and evaluate engaging e-learning content and manage LMS assignment groups.

You will work with subject matter experts, use Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, maintain LMS catalog and reports, ensure data integrity, and stay current with industry best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Human Relations or a related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in instructional design and/or e-learning development required.
• Certification in e-learning design and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to design, develop and implement e-learning content.
• Creates engaging and interactive online training modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Manages LMS course assignments and ensures accurate tracking of learner progress.
• Maintains and updates e-learning materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning content and LMS issues.
• Responsible for creating reports for regulatory requirements and others as required; ensures data integrity of reports.
