Responsibilities

• Implements laboratory services for new clients and acts as primary contact during implementation.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships across communications.
• Receives and resolves inquiries from customers promptly.
• Maintains inventory of supplies for immediate availability.
• Liaisons between the laboratory and clients for specimen handling.
• Promotes and uses Bryan systems to resolve issues.
• Assists customers with billing, test menus, and policies.
• Ensures equipment and reagents are stocked and maintained.
• Monitors equipment performance and reviews maintenance docs.
• Supports troubleshooting of reagents and equipment with management.
• Identifies issues for quality review.
• Maintains up-to-date client contact information.
• Evaluates customer expectations vs. services and updates contracts as needed.
• Looks for cost-saving measures and adapts processes to healthcare climate.
• Supports inspections by regulatory agencies.
• Follows patient information release protocols.
• Maintains professional growth through seminars and affiliations.
