Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years schedule and training management or comparable logistics experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proactive, independent, with excellent time management and planning abilities.
• Solid IT skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle all correspondences for OneBILH inboxes and support channels within prescribed timeframes.
• Communicate professionally with questions to training team.
• Maintain accurate training records within the LMS.
• Manage training team ticket queues.
• Serve as LMS Super User.
• Maintain class schedules and course offerings, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to update training repositories.
• Monitor class registrations and instructor assignments.
