Best Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator in the Bay Area to manage LMS-based training and in-person sessions for clinicians and staff.

You will serve as the hub between new hires, clinicians, and trainers to ensure timely completion of required trainings. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage multiple training calendars across agencies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, training coordination, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LMS assignments and schedules for new hires and clinicians.
• Schedule in-person trainings and manage trainer calendars and rooms.
• Track training completion and maintain audit-ready records.
